PRIVACY POLICY

The information collected on the NAFAS LLC website (http://www.nafas.life/) is held with utmost care for our tribe members privacy with such information such as First names, Last names, and email addresses or any other comments or remarks sent to us by our members. By using this site you are agreeing to this policy.

  1. All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

  2. NAFAS LLC will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

  3. NAFAS LLC takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However,(http://www.nafas.life/) cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

  4. NAFAS LLC is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

  5. “The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. NAFAS LLC maintains the website (http://www.nafas.life/)

  2. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

  3. Visa and Master Card and USD will be accepted for payment

  4. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries

  5. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website

  6. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules

  7. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

PAYMENT

At the time of booking a deposit is required in order to secure a valid reservation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. If payment is not received in full 90 days prior to departure, we reserve the right to consider the reservation cancelled according to the terms set forth below.

All prices are in USD. Charges may apply for different currencies. NAFAS LLC is not responsible for flight and/or other forms of transportation scheduling and/or costs. It is the Participant’s responsibility to have all relevant travel documentation and be on time for all modes of transportation.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION

Once the NAFAS Journey has commenced the no use or enjoyment of certain services previously contracted as excursions, therapies, consultations, meals or hotel nights, etc. are not refundable. In the event that a cancellation causes the annulment of the contracted services that were subject to a minimum number of participants, the user is entitled the reimbursement of the total price or advance payments without being able to claim any other amount for compensation. Transfer expenditure if any will be assumed by the customer. The NAFAS organizing team reserves the right in any circumstances to cancel the Journey for any reason. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

RESOLVING DISPUTES

The NAFAS LLC team and Participants agree that any dispute will be resolved using international mediation and if required arbitration. I acknowledge and understand that any dispute, controversy, or claim (collectively, “Claims”) arising out of or related to this Agreement, to the Brochure, Website, or any information relating in any way to the Journey shall be settled solely and exclusively under United Arab Emirates law (the location of NAFAS LLC head office). Such arbitration will be held in the United Arab Emirates and may be initiated by any party by sending a written notice request arbitration to the other parties.
